Each trainee is an integral part of Batchelors and from the outset will be a crucial member of a team and the firm. Please look through our website to gain a further understanding of what we do.
What kind of work experience can you expect as a Paraglegal or Trainee Solicitor?
We aim to provide more than the standard, when you are ready you will be analysing client instructions, liaising with clients, and conducting interviews with clients, experts and witnesses. As with all fee earners you will undertake legal research, drafing, case management and a variety of other tasks.
What Training will you receive?
We aim to provide you with as broad an experience as possible. You will have a point of contact throughout your Training Contract who will always be on hand to provide advice and guidance.
At Batchelors we are committed to all staff being confident in their ability to progress. That is why we believe training in different forms is vital. We aim to provide you with the tools and guidance so that you can develop and grow along with Batchelors.
There will always be someone nearby to share ideas and provide advice and guidance. You will also have frequent and regular formal and informal reviews of your performance. Batchelors culture is that of team working and continuous learning.
