ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR UPDATE
Thursday 13th November 2008 - 1.00 pm registration and buffet lunch. Seminar 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm
This seminar will provide a brief refresher on the various tools available to Social landlords to deal with Anti-social Behaviour. It will also provide an update on recent relevant case law including decisions on Disability Discrimination and Tolerated Trespassers. The course will provide guidance on new powers due to be introduced including Family Intervention Tenancies.

The seminar will be suitable for specialist ASB staff as well as general Housing Officers and Managers who have an interest in Anti-social Behaviour
