Gavinder Ryait
Gavinder is an Assistant Solicitor, acting largely for RSL's and social landlords up and down the country in areas of rent arrears, nuisance and anti-social behaviour, disrepair, succession, trespass, service charge arrears, access and abandonment. Gavinder joined Batchelors in 2007 and previously trained and worked for niche housing law specialists for six years acting for numerous RSLs, local authorities and private landlords.
She has gained Higher Rights of Audience and also obtained the first ASBO for the London Borough of Wandsworth on behalf of the Council, Metropolitan Police and a Housing Association client.
Gavinder enjoys going to the theatre, playing squash and entertaining.
