Edward White is an Assistant Solicitor in the private client department and joined Batchelors in 2010. He has an LLB Law degree from Kings College, London and was admitted in September 2003. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Edward specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Trusts, and Tax planning and has a particular interest in helping people make Court of Protection Applications, be they to appoint Deputies, to help resolve family problems arising from the loss of mental capacity, or to deal with more complex estate planning.
In his spare time Edward likes adding to his record collection, skiing, and visiting the West Coast of Scotland.
