Family break-ups range from being unpleasant to down right horrible. The finances have to be sorted out, the children's futures need to be dealt with and there are dozens of other issues, big and small that have to be resolved and all at a time when you feel you are being shredded emotionally.
We can't cure the emotional hurt, but we can help you minimise the stress of the practical process of relationship break-up. In order to achieve a result which is as good as it can be for you and your children, you need high-quality legal advice. At Batchelors, we place a very high emphasis on being practical as well as understanding and trying to keep negotiations going on as amicable a basis as possible...but if it comes to a fight, we're the right people to have in your corner.
